Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Eminence Organics experience, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on products that do not meet your skin care expectations. To ensure product integrity, items must be at least 50% full and purchased directly from our official online store.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our Customer Experience team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible, and clearly write the provided Return Authorization number on the outside of the shipping box.

  • 3.
    Ship the Product

    Send your package using a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
